Howard E. Stempler is Of Counsel at Seder & Chandler, focusing on selected matters of civil litigation.

Mr. Stempler is is also the owner of Central Mass. Mediation & Arbitration, with offices in downtown Worcester.

Over the last 30 years, Mr. Stempler has tried cases in most of the state and federal courts and tribunals in the Commonwealth including the Superior, District, and Probate Courts, the Appeals Court, and the Supreme Judicial Court; the United States District Court and the Department of Industrial Accidents. Howard has also represented clients before the United States Bankruptcy Court, the ABCC, DEP, the United States Department of Defense, and the Social Security Administration.

Howard also serves as counsel to a number of closely-held businesses on matters involving litigation, real estate, employment, and business & corporate matters, including catastrophic personal injury matters, commercial and residential real estate, and business planning. He is also the founder of OVO, a snowsport helmet manufacturing and distribution company, and BABA, an award-winning sushi restaurant.
