Janelle Tanenbaum practices in the areas of Family Law & Probate, Estates & Trusts, Litigation & ADR, and Business Law. Ms. Tanenbaum is recognized for legal excellence in Family Law, Labor and Employment Law – Management,  and Real Estate Law in the Best Lawyers in America© “Ones to Watch” list. She was also named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers. 

Ms. Tanenbaum’s practice focuses on matrimonial and family disputes involving the division of assets, guardianship and conservatorship, and business, trust, tax and inheritance issues. Her estates & trusts work spans estate planning, as well as probate and estate litigation and administration. She also regularly handles issues arising out of the day-to-day operations of closely held businesses and nonprofits, including employment policies, procedures and legal compliance, and corporate governance. 

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Tanenbaum is involved in the community as a member of Leadership Worcester, the Junior League of Worcester, and as a Board Member for the Memorial Foundation for the Blind and CASA Project Worcester County. She is also an elected Trustee of Trust Funds for the Town of Princeton.
