A life-long resident of Worcester, MA, Mark joined Seder & Chandler in 2014. At Seder & Chandler, Mark has focused his practice on transactional matters, including business acquisitions, estate planning and real estate. Mark has experience with business transaction issues, having worked at a business law firm in Sao Paulo, Brazil and provided comprehensive counseling to small businesses through his involvement with the small business legal clinic in Springfield, MA. Mark also gained experience in litigation through an internship at the Office of the Attorney General of Massachusetts and clerking for an employment law firm in Springfield, MA.

While in law school, he participated in the American Bar Association Negotiation Competition, American Bar Association Tax Challenge, Transactional LawMeet, and the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. Mark is an avid traveler, having visited countries spanning Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas. Mark speaks conversational Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.
