Robert counsels businesses, individuals and families facing strategic, financial, corporate, employment and other critical legal decisions. Robert has substantial experience in the representation of creditors, debtors and other litigants in Federal, Bankruptcy and State Courts. Robert is a certified mediator and has served as a court appointed arbitrator or mediator in commercial and business disputes. Robert serves as a Trustee or other representative of numerous family and financial trusts and other fiduciary entities.
Robert also represents numerous clients in the startup, purchase, financing and sale of assets and businesses.
