Mr. Greenberg graduated from Brandeis University (cum laude) in 1987 and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York City, in 1990. Mr. Greenberg conducts civil litigation in Massachusetts' federal and state courts. His practice includes administrative hearings, civil trials and appeals in federal and state District Court(s), Superior Court, Probate and Family Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and the Supreme Judicial Court.

Mr. Greenberg's practice includes commercial and business disputes, employment disputes, probate and guardianship matters, estate litigation, and divorce and post-divorce cases. Mr. Greenberg has substantial experience in commercial lease actions and litigation involving secured and unsecured transactions. He regularly represents creditors in the enforcement of large commercial equipment leases and secured lending transactions.

Mr. Greenberg is the Chair of the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce Breakfast Club Committee. He is a Vice-President and Board Member at Temple Emanuel, Worcester, Massachusetts, and a past Board Member of the Jewish Federation of Central Massachusetts.
