Dependable Client Service in Massachusetts Divorce

The family law attorneys of Seder & Chandler advise clients about the legal, financial, practical and emotional ramifications of a divorce. Contact us to learn how we can help you manage the transition to life after marriage.

Your lawyer's first task will be to give you an overview of what you can expect throughout the divorce process. We will help you identify and understand the most probable areas of conflict in your case. We will help you choose an appropriate legal path to pursue your goals based on a solid understanding of your legal rights and responsibilities with respect to:

Like Every Family, Every Divorce Is Unique

Because every family is different, every divorce is different. Your case might have distinctive features that require special analysis and treatment in negotiations or contested divorce hearings. These might include interpretation of a prenuptial agreement, support considerations for a child with special needs, the division of family business assets, or attempts to conceal income or marital property from you and your attorneys.

The divorce lawyers of Seder & Chandler provide highly personalized client service in divorce cases of all kinds and degrees of complexity. Our family law practice is headed by Burton Chandler and Jeffrey Greenberg. Mr. Chandler has been repeatedly listed in "The Best Lawyers in America." Mr. Greenberg's experience with commercial and probate litigation adds depth to his advocacy for divorce clients whose cases involve complex property division, sophisticated debt or financing issues, or estate planning features.

Many divorce cases are resolved through negotiation. Matters involving the interests of children are often resolved through intensive out of court discussions and mediated conferences including the parents and their respective lawyers. When this does not succeed the court will hear a motion on a contested issue involving children's interests. Our experience with each approach to dispute resolution can give you an advantage toward achieving your goals.

To learn more about our ability to represent your interests effectively in divorce, including the modification or enforcement of obligations after the decree is final, contact Seder & Chandler today. We have office locations in both Worcester and Westborough, but we proudly serve clients throughout central Massachusetts and Metro West Boston.
