Paul J. O'Riordan concentrates his practice in business, taxation, estate planning and banking law. He advises business clients on many matters, including formation of business entities, succession planning and transactional matters, including the purchase and sale of assets and stock and the purchase and sale of commercial real estate. In addition, Paul advises clients on matters involving all aspects of estate and tax planning and estate administration. Paul also represents lenders and borrowers in financing transactions and loan workout transactions.
