Martin J. Saulen
Martin joined Seder & Chandler in 2011. Martin brings substantial appellate experience to the firm from his work as an Appellate Court Attorney at the New York State Appellate Division (Third Judicial Department) and a judicial internship with the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Martin also has a tax and litigation background from his employment with the Massachusetts Department of Revenue’s Litigation Bureau. At Seder & Chandler, Martin has focused his practice in commercial and civil litigation, state appellate practice, and real estate.
At New England School of Law, Martin served as a Comment and Note Editor on the New England Law Review.
Martin is admitted to practice in Massachusetts (2010) and New York (2011). He is member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Worcester Bar Association.
