Mr. Greenberg graduated from Brandeis University (cum laude) in 1987 and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York City, in 1990. Mr. Greenberg conducts civil litigation primarily in Massachusetts' state courts. His practice includes civil trials and appeals.

Mr. Greenberg's practice areas includes commercial and business disputes, probate and guardianship matters, estate litigation, and divorce and post-divorce matters, and representation of attorneys in disciplinary matters before the Board of Bar Overseers. Mr. Greenberg has substantial experience in commercial lease actions and litigation involving secured and unsecured transactions. He regularly represents creditors in the enforcement of large commercial equipment leases and secured lending transactions.
