Ayham Bahnassi
In September 2011, Ayham joined Seder and Chandler, LLP after a short but successful entrepreneurial venture as a sole practitioner where he represented individuals, corporations, banks, and non-profit organizations. At Seder and Chandler, Ayham shall concentrate his practice in estate planning, corporate formations and representations, negotiations of commercial contracts, and real estate transactional closings. Ayham is also currently pursuing an LL.M in taxation at Boston University School of Law.
While attending Case Western's law school, Ayham was an Executive Notes Editor for Case Western's Health Matrix Journal of Law-Medicine. During his 3L year, the Health Matrix Journal published Ayham's student note and awarded it "Outstanding Student Note Award."
